Antonio Cozzolino

Founder & Mixologist

Born in Naples (Italy) and moved to London in 2012 started his career as a kitchen porter, through pubs and cocktail bars.

With his passion for classic cocktails, and mixology, and after more than 12 years in the hospitality industry, he started the pursuit of new and innovative ways that bars, as well as bartenders around the world, are approaching the mixology art in all its potential in the modern era.

The aim is to promote cocktail bars, bartenders and barmaids. From up-and-coming talents to the most experienced and senior figures, from the newest opening to the oldest and most established venues.

With the growing awareness around food, how and what to eat, his aim is to educate as many people as possible about drinks, the beautiful culture behind them and how to appreciate it.

At its most basic, mixology is another term for mixing drinks or bartending and so a mixologist is another term for a bartender or bar chef. Mixology is generally a refined and in-depth study of the art and craft of mixing drinks…art in its purest form.

Born in Naples, Luigi settled in Rome where he graduated in Economics & Management. He has always been a creative person ready to bring a breath of innovation wherever he goes.

Born in the heart of London from Italy’s born and breed Antonio Cozzolino.

With a passion for cocktails and mixology, alongside his colleague & friend (photographer of his creations) started the pursuit of new and innovative creations from bartenders and mixologists from all around the globe.

With the growing awareness around food on how and what to eat, such as, diets, allergens, pairing etc…, our aim is to get more people aware and involved on the drinks culture and how to appreciate it.
